Last year I could witness a photo shoot of an ice cream ball for on the back of the delivery vans for the brand: Ijsboerke. The photo shoot took a hole day. The food stylist prepared the boll with a kind of plasticine that looked exactly like ice cream but couldn’t meld under the head of the spotlights. Here is the food real but still allot of preparations and we don’t even talk about the postproduction in photoshop. Bon Appetit!
